We wanted to give you an update on what we have released over the last two months.

Scheduling Improvements:

  • Spots are now supported in Scheduling

  • Driver's Dashboard Completed

  • Schedule Board

    • Estimated Miles and Trip Duration are shown to help you prioritize your scheduling

    • Added Full Export by Route

    • Added Full Export by Employee

Payroll Improvements:

  • New Features

    • Default Spot Wage => Simplify management if you use the same spot wage across most of your spots.

    • Payroll Group => Simplify management for Route and Spot Rules when applying to multiple Drivers

    • Incentive Programs => New Feature

      • Allows for common rules to be bundle as an Incentive Program across Employees

      • Supports Trip Log and HOS Rules

      • Supports Automatic Increases based on Hire Dates

  • Trip Log Improvements

    • Added support for different Lock Out Times between Drivers and Managers

      • E.g., Drivers can now be locked out at Mon. Noon and Managers can have till Tues. @ 9 PM
